Matrixyl

Last month we blogged about the importance of Collagen, this month we want to let you know how Matrixyl is a key ingredient in stimulating collagen production?

Matrixyl is part of the pentapetide family. Known as an amino acid that penetrates through the outer layer of your skin. Reaching the fibroblast cells to stimulate collagen production. Collagen is the protein necessary to prevent fine lines and wrinkles by maintaining elasticity and tone.

As we get older we produce less collagen. Therefore, we need Matrixyl (amino acid) to stimulate collagen production and give us that young and youthful glow.

Nutracine has several products with Matrixyl and collagen that should be used twice daily:

Combination Cream, Collagen Retinyl Cream, Collagen Cream for Dry Skin,

Advanced Lip and Eye Concentrate, Lip and Eye Cream for Dry Skin, Intensive Wrinkle Reduction,

Is it important to wash your face regularly?

It’s of the utmost importance to wash your face faithfully twice a day, we will assume you want the Best to keep you looking and staying young! Keeping your skin clean and preventing your pores from build up with dirt and bacteria that leads to acne and inflammation, can be challenging.

It’s important to cleanse before retiring for the night and first thing in the morning. The question is… what do you use?

…Hand soap

…Facial wash

…Sonic cleanser tools

…Facial masks

Obviously, hand soap is not for your face. The skin on our face and neck are the most delicate parts. They are thinner than any other part of our body.

Sonic cleanser tools and facial masks should only be used intermittently.  Facial masks, whether you use “at home application” or visit with your esthetician, they too should also be done in moderation, once a month or every three to six months. These products used too often can be abrasive, damage skin and become irritants causing rash and sensitivity.

That leaves us with a good facial wash. Which brings us to our original question, “Did You Really Get All Your Makeup Off?”

(D.J. Owen a current Nutracine User)

“Ever since I began using Nutracine Clarifying Cleanser, 8 years ago, …that’s a Yes! It does take off all your makeup! I have found Nutracine to be a highly effective facial wash for normal and sensitive skin. As a foamy cleanser it is safe to use as often as twice daily. The bonus for me is, it’s reasonably priced!
